Many people have discovered the wonderful comfort of in floor radiant heat. Hydro-temp units can provide that too. This picture is a unit we installed that has floor heat with a zone in each room and forced air cooling all in one ultra effecient quit unit.

This picture is a small unit in a computer room, these units are perfect for a computer room or kitchen where cooling is needed year round. It is much less complicated and more trouble free than a unit with an outdoor condensor.   For a building that has a high hot water demand, these units can be connected to a water heater so they put the heat they take out of the computer room or kitchen into the water heater. Resalting in huge savings.
